Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 26, 2026
1. What we collect
- Account data: email or your Apple/Google sign-in identifier.
- Content you create: messages, voice recordings (for transcription), mood check-ins, tracker entries, settings.
- Service data: subscription and credit records, technical error logs.
2. How we use it
Only to run the service: to hold the conversation, keep context between sessions, build your day progress and weekly insights, and match audio to your state. To generate the AI companion’s replies, your text is sent to a model provider through our server; model keys never leave the server, and under our agreements providers do not use this data for training.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or build advertising profiles. Conversation content is never used for marketing and is not read by humans except where the law strictly requires it.
3. AI memory
To make conversations feel continuous, Reflis stores short session summaries and individual facts you have shared. This memory belongs to your account, is used only in your own conversations, and is deleted completely together with your account.
4. Storage and security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to the production database is restricted, and conversation content never appears in logs. Voice recordings are used for transcription and are not kept longer than processing requires.
5. Your rights
- Export your data — contact us.
- Delete your account in the app settings — messages, memory, insights, audio history and vector data are removed in cascade.
- Withdraw consent or ask questions: [email protected].
6. Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 16.
7. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will notify you in the app or by email before the changes take effect.
