Terms of Service

1. The service

Reflis is a self-reflection and wellbeing app: conversations with an AI companion (text and voice), mood check-ins, daily trackers, weekly AI insights and an audio library. By using Reflis you agree to these Terms.

2. Not a medical service

Reflis is not a medical device, not therapy and not a substitute for it, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. The AI companion’s responses are supportive and informational in nature and may be inaccurate.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or others, contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.

3. Your account

Reflis requires an account (Apple, Google or email sign-in). The account exists to keep your data safe across devices and to manage your subscription. You are responsible for keeping access to your account confidential. The service is intended for users aged 16 and over.

4. Subscriptions and credits

Some features are free. Extended use is offered through a subscription; AI conversations consume credits included with your plan, with optional top-up packs. Payments, cancellations and refunds are handled by the App Store / Google Play under their rules.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Unused credits are governed by the terms of your plan.
• Prices may change; we give advance notice of material changes.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to cause harm.
• Do not attempt to extract models, keys or other users’ data.
• Do not circumvent technical limits, quotas or safety systems.

6. Content and rights

Your entries and conversations belong to you. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to operate the service (see the Privacy Policy). The Reflis app, design, copy and audio content are protected by copyright and may not be copied without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, or for decisions made on the basis of the AI companion’s responses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
